In addition to her personal connection to adoption, Hilary brings many years of professional experience as a senior HR business partner, where she coached and guided employees across different roles, backgrounds, and stages of growth. She is also a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and incorporates CliftonStrengths insights into her training to help prospective parents better understand their natural strengths, communication styles, and support needs.
